Richard D. Bond, Jr. CLU
Dick entered the financial services industry in 1976 with the New York Life Insurance, Co., from which he retired on April 1, 2009. He qualified for their council production program each of his 32 years and also is presently a Life & Qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) for the 30th consecutive year. Dick's business practice primarily involves Legacy and Business Planning and has been built on strong values and relationships with his clients serving their needs.
Growing up in Des Moines, Iowa he received Bachelor of Music Education and Master of Music Education degrees from Drake University. He was a high school director of bands in the Iowa public schools for the next nine years prior to entering the financial service industry.

Dick strives for a balanced life including family, business and hobbies. He and his wife, Helene recently celebrated 42 years of marriage and they have two grown children. They enjoy spending time together including many weeks yearly at their lake home in Northern Minnesota. Dick's hobbies include nature photography and kayaking.
